Do I need to supply the tile or do you provide it?
We prefer that clients provide their own tile so you can choose the exact style, color, and material that fits your vision. We’re happy to help with measurements and guide you through the ordering process to ensure you get the right amount and type of tile for your project.
How should I prepare for a project?
Before we arrive:
- Clear the work area of furniture and décor
- Keep pets and children out of the workspace
- Ensure materials are on-site before the scheduled start date
How long will my project take?
Every tile project is different. Timeline depends on factors such as demolition, preparation, waterproofing, tile type, layout, design complexity, and curing requirements. We’ll discuss the anticipated schedule for your specific project before work begins.
What materials do you recommend for showers, floors, and backsplashes?
The right material depends on the application, design, and performance requirements of your space. We work with porcelain, ceramic, glass, natural stone, and other tile materials and can help you determine what is appropriate for your project. Wet areas are installed using proper preparation and waterproofing methods designed for the application.
How do I maintain my tile after installation?
Care requirements vary depending on the tile, stone, grout, and other materials used. In general, we recommend appropriate pH-neutral cleaners, avoiding harsh or abrasive products, and following the manufacturer’s care instructions. We can provide guidance based on the materials installed in your project.
